Character name: Leo Becker

Character age: 23

Physical description of your character: 5'10, short blond hair, pointed nose and a lean body.

Notable personality traits or skills: Leo has spent a decade and a half studying the art of war, and is a skilled fighter, he is calm in and out of battle. He wields a blade with ease and lives his life by the sword.

Where is your character coming from? (write a short paragraph about your character’s background before jail): Leo grew up looking at medals on his family wall in Warsend, where he heard the stories of old battles and was raised to be yet another warrior. He grew into that role quite comfortably, taking to combat training like none most had seen in ages. By the time he was sixteen he could outfight half the veterans of countless battles, now at twenty-three he was actually eager for a new war. It would be a chance for advancement he thought.

How did your character find themselves in jail awaiting trial? (Please write a few short paragraphs describing what poor luck brought your character to this point in their life): Leo was a warrior at heart, he craved the thrill of battle and he was not getting enough combat for his own liking. He would fight when he could, but he wanted more, he wanted life-on-the-edge-of-a-blade battle, not barroom brawls. One day he heard a war might be coming again between Stonewall and Kallvort, but there were peace talks already beginning before the new war could even begin.
Leo decided to try to push the peace talks aside, and spur Stonewall to conquest, he tried to do so by attempting to assassinate those motioning for peace, an attempt which had only partial success. He managed to slay the primary proponent for peace, but ended up caught before he could eliminate all the supporters of his, and those who were working for peace rallied behind their martyr as they saw him, and Leo was captured, and quickly found himself on his way to jail. A guilty verdict would find him on his way to The Black Keep.
