Treasure Hunting

Treasure hunting is an exciting and rewarding activity that allows players to uncover hidden riches scattered across Asier. By decoding treasure maps using Inscription, adventurers can locate buried chests filled with valuable loot. Treasure maps come in seven levels of difficulty, each offering increasingly valuable rewards.

Treasure Map Levels
Treasure maps are categorized into seven levels, each with its own unique name and difficulty. The higher the level, the more challenging the treasure hunt and the greater the rewards. The levels are as follows:

  • Basic Treasure Map (Level 1)
  • Simple Treasure Map (Level 2)
  • Intermediate Treasure Map (Level 3)
  • Advanced Treasure Map (Level 4)
  • Complex Treasure Map (Level 5)
  • Sophisticated Treasure Map (Level 6)
  • Intricate Treasure Map (Level 7)

Lockpicking Skill Requirements
All chest are locked and to open them players must have a sufficient level of Lockpicking skill. The required skill increases with the level of the treasure map:

  • Level 1: 20 Lockpicking
  • Level 2: 40 Lockpicking
  • Level 3: 60 Lockpicking
  • Level 4: 80 Lockpicking
  • Level 5: 90 Lockpicking
  • Level 6: 100 Lockpicking
  • Level 7: 120 Lockpicking

Treasure Chest Loot
Each treasure chest contains a variety of loot, with higher-level maps offering more valuable and rare items.
The power level of the magic items increases with the higher the treasure chest is.

Level 1: Basic Treasure Map

  • Small amount of Gold
  • Tiny amount of Magic Items
  • Small chance of a lower Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents

Level 2: Simple Treasure Map

  • Fair amount of Gold
  • Handful of Magic Items
  • Good chance of a lower Power Scroll
  • Small chance of a Decent Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents

Level 3: Intermediate Treasure Map

  • Good amount of Gold
  • Decent number of Magic Items
  • Good chance of a Decent Power Scroll
  • Small chance of a Good Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents

Level 4: Advanced Treasure Map

  • Great amount of Gold
  • A lot of Magic Items
  • Good chance of a Good Power Scroll
  • Small chance of a Great Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents
  • Tiny chance of an Artifact

Level 5: Complex Treasure Map

  • Amazing amount of Gold
  • Two handfuls of Magic Items
  • Great chance of a Good Power Scroll
  • Good chance of a Great Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents
  • Small chance of an Artifact

Level 6: Sophisticated Treasure Map

  • OMG amount of Gold
  • Two handfuls of Magic Items
  • Good chance of a Great Power Scroll
  • Low chance of a Legendary Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents
  • Decent chance of an Artifact
  • Chance to get an unique treasure item

Level 7: Intricate Treasure Map

  • Gold Shower
  • Truckload filled with Magic Items
  • Great chance of a Great Power Scroll
  • Good chance of a Legendary Power Scroll
  • Gems & Reagents
  • Good chance of an Artifact
  • Chance to get an unique treasure item

Tips for Treasure Hunters
Bring Friends:
Higher-level treasure hunts can be dangerous. Bringing allies can help you defeat guardians and protect your loot.

Prepare for Combat:
Treasure sites are often guarded by monsters. Equip yourself with weapons, armor, and healing items.

Use Tracking:
The Tracking skill can help you detect nearby enemies and avoid ambushes.

Bring Supplies:
Traveling outside the main island may be quite a challenging task, so make sure you bring enough supplies with you.
And don't forget a shovel!
