The Tertius Oculus is a mysterious faction of scientists and surgeons who venture to the outermost limits of scientific experimentation. Their motives remain shrouded in secrecy, leaving little understanding of why they pursue their unorthodox practices. Driven by an “ends justify the means” mentality, they unscrupulously employ any means at their disposal, often resorting to immoral methods to further their research. Those who become entangled with the Tertius Oculus are often left marked by the experience, haunted by the inhumane methods and questionable motives they encountered. The stories of their experiments serve as a cautionary tale, a warning of the darkness that can emerge when ambition blinds one to the consequences of their actions.

They are currently laying in wait biding their time.
